It’s Been a While… But I’m Back!

It’s been some time since my last post... life, studying, and transitions have kept me busy, but I’m back here, writing again, reconnecting, and reflecting on what’s next.

The truth is, I’m currently looking for a new job. And let me tell you something… the job market is not easy right now. It takes patience, resilience, and a lot of self-belief.

While searching, I’ve been thinking a lot about where I add the most value, and what I can do even without an official job title.

Giving Back (and Paying It Forward)

You may know that I used to work as a coach with YourTurnNow, helping professionals navigate career transitions, prepare for interviews, and build stronger CVs. That work gave me so much joy... helping others find clarity and confidence in their careers.

And even now, without a formal coaching role, I still get messages from people asking for help, to review their CVs, to practice for interviews, or to talk through their next steps.

So I’ve decided to keep doing it. For free.

It keeps me connected to people, to purpose, and to that part of me that truly loves seeing others grow.

Rethinking My Next Step

But it also makes me wonder… what if I took this same spirit and applied it to sustainability?

The job market might be tough, but maybe that’s the perfect opportunity to start small, to offer my knowledge in sustainability and ESG for free, at least to begin.

To help companies that want to do better but don’t know where to start.
To support small organizations with sustainability strategies, ESG assessments, or even workshops.
To show what’s possible when we combine purpose and practice.

Maybe this is how the next chapter begins, by giving first.

A New Certification: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Right now, I’m also working toward a new certification: the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course.

This certification focuses on Quality Management Systems, and it will allow me to:

  • Help companies design and improve internal processes;

  • Conduct quality and sustainability audits;

  • Guide organizations in aligning their systems with international standards;

  • And ensure continuous improvement — a key principle in both quality and sustainability.

It’s a powerful skill set that fits perfectly into my broader goal: helping businesses operate more responsibly, efficiently, and sustainably.

So What’s Next?

To be honest, I don’t have all the answers yet... and that’s okay.

For now, I’m focusing on learning, connecting, and contributing wherever I can. Whether it’s through career support, sustainability projects, or just honest conversations about how hard it can be to reinvent yourself, this is where I am.

And maybe that’s exactly where I’m supposed to be.

Thanks for being here and following along on this journey. I promise, there’s more to come — and I’m excited to share what’s next.
